For our small- to medium-sized business customers:

We strive to be an integral part of your team so problems can be identified and corrected before the company's bottom line is affected.

Preferred business customers can receive up to a 30% discount in labor by requesting a service level agreement.

• Service calls (no service level agreement):  $90/hour

• Service calls (service level agreement, min 5 hours/week):  $60/hour

For in-home PC repair:

• Virus removal

  • $75 - Initial evaluation and diagnostic                        

  • $75 - Remove viruses, spyware, and malware

  • $150 - Reformat hard drive and reload operating system (if needed)

• Repair and replace hardware

  • $75 - Initial evaluation and diagnostic

  • $75 - Part replacement

  • No markup on material

• Other in-home services

  • $75 per hour, 1 hour minimum
